  • One of the benefits of hypnotherapy is that it begins working quickly. Many clients report beginning to feel better after the first session. However, the total number of sessions you will need is dependent on your needs. The subconscious mind requires repetition in order to adapt permanently, so while you will hopefully begin to notice improvement quickly, we’ll work together over time to support the long-term change you’re looking for.

  • Consciously, you may wish to be less anxious and more at peace, but it is difficult to do since only 12% of your mind is conscious. The other 88% is the subconscious, where our deep-rooted beliefs about ourselves and our world live. We are not aware of these in day-to-day life; it’s through hypnotherapy that we can access it.

    Our work together is about bringing your conscious and subconscious into agreement, working together to help you experience less anxiety, more self-compassion, and greater confidence.
