I’m here to help you remove the beliefs & behaviors that are holding you back...and replace them with something new.

The work I do is grounded in the belief that everything you need to create change in your life—whether that’s change in your work, relationships, habits, or something else—is already inside of you. 

I work with clients who are tired of the same old things not working anymore—who want change, and want it quickly. Hypnotherapy allows us to quickly and effectively address your challenges at their source, helping you regain the balance, freedom, and joy that is missing right now.

Together, we can change limiting beliefs to life-giving ones, unproductive habits to helpful ones, and negative thoughts to positive ones.

How does hypnotherapy work?

Only 12% of our mind is conscious.  The subconscious is 88%, and, although we are not aware of it in our day-to-day lives, it controls most of our behavior.  


In hypnotherapy, we are able to gain access to the subconscious mind, allowing us to influence and reprogram the beliefs, compulsions, and emotions that are stored there. When the conscious and subconscious mind are brought into agreement, you are able to experience changes in your thought patterns, behaviors, and responses to situations.

We begin by identifying what you want: the issue or challenge you’d like to address or the habit you’d like to change. We’ll talk about what you’ve tried in the past and what you hope to get out of hypnotherapy. This serves as the roadmap for our sessions, as well as primes the subconscious mind for what we’ll be working on.

After we set our intentions, I’ll help you into a state of profound mental & physical calm relaxation, where we can access your subconscious mind and offer suggestions that help to reprogram the beliefs and emotions that are at the roots of the challenges you’re experiencing. You are 100% awake and in control throughout this entire process; you may exit this state at any time.

Then, I’ll guide you out of the hypnotic state. We’ll discuss anything specific that came up for you and the ways you can begin putting these newly reprogrammed beliefs into action in your daily life.
